Jordan worked with my insurance adjuster from the beginning to ensure this was a seamless process. Jordan is polite, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. He returned my calls promptly. He even put a tarp over a turbine whose cover had blown off to keep rain out until the roof was replaced. My roof was replaced a couple of weeks after the initial inspection. Jordan texted me photos of the job in progress on the day. The roof looks great! Even though there were additional items, the invoicing was correct, so thank you, Courtney. I'm grateful to TSM for making a "big job" go incredibly smoothly!

TSM roofing did a great job of replacing the underlayment of my tile roof. They did my whole roof in two days . 45 minutes after the crews left it rained. They did what they said they were going to do and the totally cleaned up everything. Lot of hard working guys. Conrad would check up on the job every day ask if I had any questions or concerns. I live north valley and there office is just south of the 101. Give them a call they do it all. Easy to work with.

TMS Roofing did an excellent job on our home. Their superintendent Jordan Pollei was more than helpful, & we can’t say enough positive things about the way he dealt with us. They were prompt and professional and did many extras that other roofing companies were trying to charge us hundreds of dollars for. The personal interest that Jordan and his boss showed us in dealing with SF Insurance Company was amazing. Not only did they personally call the insurance company and go to bat for us, but they encouraged us not to give up in trying to get our claim processed, which we eventually did. My wife and I personally owned a remodeling construction company for a number of years and we have never had a company work for us that was so professional & fair. Had a great experience with TSM roofing. All the time & effort they put in working with the insurance company was invaluable & it played an integral role in making sure I was able to get what was needed which was a roof replacement. Setting everything up was easy and communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. The work was scheduled and completed very quickly, and everyone was extremely professional, courteous, & competent. I am very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

I had a few estimates for the Roof and not one of them was offering the Owens Corning shingles. I navigated the Owens Corning website and from a long list of certified contractors I chose TSM Roofing. I called the TSM Office and that same day I spoke to Sheldon. Sheldon educated me on the type of roof my house had. A unique roof that was no longer available and there was no way it could be repaired because there are no shingles in the market compatible with it. Sheldon went back and forth withAllstate and a couple of adjusters for 4 months encountering several roadblocks. He was patient and did not give up. He, then, decided to go on the roof and shot a video to show Allstate why a repair was not suitable and reasonable. Finally, a new adjuster understood the situation and approved the replacement of the roof. Sheldon and TSM went above and beyond to get my roof replaced and did an outstanding job. It only took them 2 days to complete the roof and it looks superb. If you are in need for a new roof, I urge you to reach out to TSM. TSM has a fantastic and knowledgeable team that provides full insurance assistance and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them.

Dustin was great to work with from first meet to project completion. TSM Roofing impressed me with their professionalism from estimate to workmanship. I am extremely pleased with this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. All work was done on time and schedule. The ability to get our residential home completely roofed in one day and get a ten year warranty on all work was a game changer. Thank you, Dustin, and thank you TSM Roofing.

Tyler went above and beyond getting my roof replaced. We had a really bad wind storm that blew off half my roof. Insurance was taking a long time to accept the replacement. I put my full trust in TSM Roofing to take care of everything. Wow, not only did they get me a new roof, but an upgraded roof. We scheduled a date to replace and they were done same day. I am very impressed and they kept a clean area around my home.Thank you so much! I highly recommend TSM Roofing.

TSM Roofing was recommended to me by my neighbor. I am very please with the work and time frame it was complicated in. We can’t tell that they were at the house! Everyone was professional, helpful, and mindful to my family and neighborhood. I would highly recommend TSM to anyone needing roof work!

I called a few places before TSM after a bad wind storm blew shingles off my roof up here in New River. The other companies had long wait times or did not get back to me. TSM came out THAT NIGHT and tarped up the roof where needed. yay, Conrad! They also did a great job replacing my roof on an insurance claim. State Farm was refusing to replace and was insistent on a repair. The only problem was that the shingles on my roof were no longer being made. TSM had to go back and forth with State Farm for several MONTHS to prove that the only fix was a replacement. At one point State Farm said they found a shingle that would be suitable for a repair. Well, it was the right color but that was about it. The size did not match, so it would have left gaps in the roofing, which State Farm then wanted TSM Roofing to patch by cutting up little strips of shingles. Unbelievable! Instead of just giving up Sheldon got up on my roof and made a video for the insurance adjuster to show and explain why this was not an option. TSM roofing went above and beyond to get my roof replaced and did an outstanding job. Many companies would have walked away rather than dealing with roadblocks that State Farm put up in order to not pay out on the claim. Conrad and Sheldon did a super job from the start. TSM used high quality Owens Corning shingles and my roof looks absolutely fantastic. The job was done in less than a day, with ample workers. TSM has a wonderful and knowledgeable team that provides prompt assistance and fantastic, friendly customer service. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you need a new roof.

TSM roofing went above and beyond to get our roof done. Not only did we end up with a beautifully finished roof but they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. Conrad was very responsive and made me and my family feel at ease during the process. Highly recommend TSM roofing.

If you're searching for a roofing company that truly does it all, look no further! I had the most wonderful experience with TSM Roofing after a terrible battle with my insurance company. TSM stepped in and took the stress off me in order to get the roof I was entitled to. They came out within 48 hours, and swiftly took on all the responsibility with challenging and ultimately winning the battle with my insurance company. Once we got the go ahead, TSM scheduled solar removable and replacement and completed my roof in under a day! I was blown away by the professionalism and communication in their ownership, efficiency and cleanliness of the workers, and overall integrity of the company. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with TSM; I will be referring to everyone I know!
