Born and raised in the Valley, I’m a Shadow Mountain High School grad and proud Army veteran. Five years behind the wheel as a truck driver in the army taught me a lot about discipline, grit, and finding the best gas station snacks. These days, my biggest motivation is my one-year-old son, who keeps me on my toes and inspires me to show up as the best dad possible. When I’m not busy with dad duties, you’ll find me bass fishing, hiking, camping, or just soaking up the outdoors. I’ve got a real passion for helping people make smart choices for themselves and their families—everyone deserves someone in their corner, and I love being that person.

Hi, I’m Conrad Demecs, Superintendent at TSM Roofing LLC. In my role, I oversee the on-site execution of our roofing projects, ensuring each job meets our high standards for quality and safety. I coordinate closely with our crews and clients to deliver seamless, efficient service.​
When I’m not on a roof, I’m on the water. I have spent many years in the competitive bass fishing industry and have been fortunate to have several recent successes with winning not 1 but 2 Professional events over the last years. You can find me driving something with TSM roofing on it, whether that be a work truck or my bass boat, where you’ll see our TSM logo smack down in the middle.

Hi, I’m Courtney Murphy, and I manage accounts receivable here at TSM Roofing LLC. I’ve been with the company since day one, working alongside my husband Sheldon to help build something we’re truly proud of. While Sheldon and the crews handle things in the field, I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—making sure our clients have a positive experience from start to finish.
I love being part of a family-owned business that values honesty, hard work, and treating customers like neighbors—because they are.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with our son or binge-watching true-crime shows. Family is everything to me, and I’m grateful I get to combine that with a career I care about.

I got my start in the roofing industry as a high school student, spending summers working as a laborer and learning the ins and outs of roof installation. Those early hands-on days taught me valuable skills and instilled in me a strong work ethic. After high school, I moved to Phoenix to attend college and supported myself by working as a bartender. Balancing school with long shifts behind the bar sharpened my people skills and adaptability, which have proven invaluable in my roofing career.

When Sheldon Murphy, the founder of TSM Roofing LLC, invited me to join as his first employee, I jumped at the chance to help build the business from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve worn just about every hat in our company, from on-site labor and installation to working directly with homeowners and handling sales. This all-around experience has prepared me well for my current role as Production Manager, giving me a deep understanding of our operations and the insight to lead our crews effectively.

Today, I am proud to be part of a growing, family-owned business that values both customers and employees. In my day-to-day work, I rely on my determination, strong work ethic, and people skills to ensure every project runs smoothly and every customer is taken care of. I’m also committed to continual learning and personal growth, always looking for ways to improve our processes.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, Alyssa, and our dogs. We enjoy tackling home improvement projects, traveling to new places, and attending concerts and sporting events. Whether I’m exploring a new hobby or cheering on my favorite team, I try to live life to the fullest and bring that same enthusiasm to my work at TSM Roofing LLC.

Born and raised in the Valley and a proud Wickenburg High School graduate, I joined the Marine Corps right after graduation, where I worked with aviation ordnance loading bombs on aircrafts and learning the importance of precision and discipline. These days, I’m married and living the good life with 2 dogs, 2 horses, and 2 cats that keep things interesting (and expensive). I’m passionate about hunting, bass fishing, and roofing, where I take real pride in finding the best solutions for every customer I work with. Whether I’m on the job or out in nature, I believe in working hard, staying grounded, and enjoying every moment.

I graduated from high school in 2019 and dove headfirst into the working world — no college debt, just a strong coffee habit and a drive to get things done. I started out helping run my family’s home inspection business, which taught me everything from paperwork wrangling to how to put out a fire over the phone. That experience led me into a variety of clerical and administrative roles before landing in the roofing industry, where I now help keep things organized and running smoothly.
When I’m not behind a desk, you can find me playing pickleball, hiking, reading a good book, or daydreaming about my next travel spot. I’m all about treating people with kindness and making sure they feel supported, because life’s too short not to be helpful and have a little fun along the way.

I’m Jordan Pollei, Project Manager here at TSM Roofing LLC. I’m 34 years old and have been happily married for over 15 years. My wife and I have four amazing kids, ages 8 to 14, who keep life full and exciting.
In addition to my work in the roofing industry, I’ve been a Certified Real Estate Appraiser since 2014. That background has sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my commitment to quality service and clear communication, skills that help me build lasting relationships with homeowners and guide them through every step of the roofing process with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching youth sports, and serving in my local church. Whether I’m on the job site or in the community, I strive to live out the same values that define TSM Roofing: honesty, dependability, and doing the job right.

I grew up in the Valley and eventually made my way up to Prescott to work in the family roofing business because what better way to spend your days than on a hot roof, right? I graduated from the University of Arizona, then jumped straight into roofing, and I’ve been at it for the past five years. When I’m not working, I like to golf, mostly to remind myself that patience is a skill I’m still working on.

From humble beginnings as a laborer, I worked my way up in the roofing industry, starting with tear-offs and cleanups, becoming a master shingler, and eventually leading the installation of over 1,000 roofs across South Dakota. My skill in estimating and insurance supplementation ensured smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
In Colorado Springs, I became a go-to expert for hail claim scopes and accurate damage assessments. Later, in the Northeast, I excelled as a project manager, earning a reputation for delivering outstanding roofing and siding results.
Now based in Phoenix, I continue to lead with integrity and precision, empowering homeowners through expert repairs, insurance guidance, and a commitment to top-tier craftsmanship.
