When the last hailstorm hit, I filed a claim with my insurance company thinking it would be straightforward—but they initially denied my roof claim, saying the damage was “cosmetic only.” I knew that wasn’t right, so I called TSM Roofing to take a second look.
Their team came out, did a full inspection, and showed me detailed photos of the actual damage. They helped me reopen the claim and met with my insurance adjuster on-site to go over everything. Within a couple of weeks, the claim was fully approved for a full roof replacement.
TSM handled all the communication and paperwork with the insurance company, made sure the job was priced correctly at insurance rates, and kept me updated every step of the way.
In the end, I got a brand-new roof, installed right and cleaned up perfectly — and the only thing I paid out of pocket was my deductible. The process was smooth, and the crew was professional and respectful of my property.

I find it difficult to explain how much I love this company! We asked several roofers to come out to our NON-PROFIT office and quote our roof.. TSM was the only company that offered to do the job for FREE- and the money we received from insurance- we were told to reinvest it into our Grant programs.. AMAZING! BUt wait, there is more! They showed up with a crew of 10 people! During some intermittent storms, they got the job done, done quickly, and DONE RIGHT! There wasn't a scrap of trash on the ground and the roof looks amazing!
