I called a few places before TSM after a bad wind storm blew shingles off my roof up here in New River. The other companies had long wait times or did not get back to me. TSM came out THAT NIGHT and tarped up the roof where needed. yay, Conrad! They also did a great job replacing my roof on an insurance claim. State Farm was refusing to replace and was insistent on a repair. The only problem was that the shingles on my roof were no longer being made. TSM had to go back and forth with State Farm for several MONTHS to prove that the only fix was a replacement. At one point State Farm said they found a shingle that would be suitable for a repair. Well, it was the right color but that was about it. The size did not match, so it would have left gaps in the roofing, which State Farm then wanted TSM Roofing to patch by cutting up little strips of shingles. Unbelievable! Instead of just giving up Sheldon got up on my roof and made a video for the insurance adjuster to show and explain why this was not an option. TSM roofing went above and beyond to get my roof replaced and did an outstanding job. Many companies would have walked away rather than dealing with roadblocks that State Farm put up in order to not pay out on the claim. Conrad and Sheldon did a super job from the start. TSM used high quality Owens Corning shingles and my roof looks absolutely fantastic. The job was done in less than a day, with ample workers. TSM has a wonderful and knowledgeable team that provides prompt assistance and fantastic, friendly customer service. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you need a new roof.

If you're searching for a roofing company that truly does it all, look no further! I had the most wonderful experience with TSM Roofing after a terrible battle with my insurance company. TSM stepped in and took the stress off me in order to get the roof I was entitled to. They came out within 48 hours, and swiftly took on all the responsibility with challenging and ultimately winning the battle with my insurance company. Once we got the go ahead, TSM scheduled solar removable and replacement and completed my roof in under a day! I was blown away by the professionalism and communication in their ownership, efficiency and cleanliness of the workers, and overall integrity of the company. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with TSM; I will be referring to everyone I know!
