Having found the quality products advertised on YouTube videos gave us the understanding that Jordan did detail upon our first meeting. The company was not the lowest bid and I am confident in not only my upgrades, but the quality of their work and following warranty. I have seen others pursue the lowest bid, which seems to this day continue to be a leaking mess for those unknowing what they have paid for…
You get what you pay for.
And with this company I am very comfortable under my new roof. I was a builder in the Midwest and watched every phase of this new roof… amazing!

After a hail storm in the Sun City, AZ area we contacted our insurance company to come check our roof. They sent an adjuster and he said there was no damage. As we were leaving the house one day Jeff Baumgardner from TSM Roofing asked if he could check our roof. I told him we had already been turned down by our insurance company, but if he wanted to fly his drone and see if he found any damage he was welcome to do that. As it turned out we did have damage and Jeff worked with our insurance company to meet with another adjuster to survey the damage he had found. We ended up getting a new roof when we would have just accepted what the adjuster told us. Jeff was amazing to work with. He explained the process, worked with our insurance company, and because we are a duplex he also worked with our roof mate to get her roof claim in. We have a beautiful new roof, several feet of new gutters and new whirlybirds with all of the metal pipes on the roof pained to match the new roof. The crew kept everything clean with tarps, cleaned up after the process and had the tear off and re-roofing done in one day! We live in an HOA with eight Gemini Twin duplexes and since I am on the board I let all of the home owners know about TSM and they should at least have their roofs checked. Out of the sixteen home owners ten are having their roofs replaced by TSM. The best part is we only had to pay our deductible. There were no hidden fees by TSM, they did what they promised. - 2/10/2026
